Create your account

Superheat Cloud has no passwords. You prove who you are with a one-time code sent to your email, or by signing in with Google or GitHub.

Sign in with an email code​

  1. Open the console and enter your email address.
  2. Check your inbox for a six-digit code.
  3. Enter it.

The same flow both creates an account and signs you back in — there is no separate "register" step. If the address has never been seen before, an account is created; if it has, you're signed in.

Codes are short-lived. If one expires, request another.

Sign in with Google or GitHub​

Both work, and both land you in the same account as the email flow when the email addresses match. You can link additional providers later from Settings → Connected accounts, so an account started with an email code can gain a Google login without losing anything.

Your personal organization​

Every resource in Superheat — instances, credits, templates, API keys — belongs to an organization, never directly to a user.

The first time you sign in, a personal organization is created for you automatically. You are its admin. Nothing is required from you; it exists so you can deploy immediately.

Later you might also be invited to a colleague's organization. You then belong to two, and switch between them in the console. Credits, instances and API keys do not cross that boundary — an organization's balance pays only for that organization's work.

Securing the account​

Once you're in, Settings offers two additional factors:

  • An authenticator app (TOTP) — the usual six-digit rotating code.
  • Passkeys — a hardware or platform authenticator, with no shared secret to steal.
