Payouts
Payouts are automatic. Once a Bitcoin address is linked to your account, your balance is transferred on a monthly cycle without any action from you. There is no request button and no approval step.
The rules that govern this are written on one screen in the app. Open the Wallet tab, tap the Balance card, then tap Payout Rules.
The rules in short

Read the last two lines together and they come to one practical number: nothing leaves your account until your balance reaches 0.001075 BTC. Anything less waits, keeps accruing, and goes out on a later cycle.
What the thresholds look like in practice
Three examples, all read on the 28th:

Nothing is lost in the months where a payout is skipped. A carried-forward balance is still yours, still visible on the Wallet tab, and it goes out as soon as a monthly cycle finds it above the threshold.
A payout cannot run without a linked Bitcoin address. If the Wallet row on Balance Overview reads "No Wallet", every cycle is skipped regardless of your balance. See Add your wallet.
About the payout date
The Payout Rules screen states the policy: monthly, on the 28th. The app also shows a Next Payout date, both on that screen and on the Balance card on the Wallet tab, as an indication of when the next run is scheduled.
Treat the monthly rule as the thing that governs your money and the displayed date as a forecast. A transfer also has to be confirmed by the Bitcoin network after it is sent, so the coins can land in your wallet a little after the payout runs. If a date shown in the app and the monthly rule appear to disagree, the rule on the Payout Rules screen is the policy.
About the service fee
The fee is 5% of mining revenue. It covers infrastructure, maintenance and ongoing system operation.
The app does not print the fee as a separate line on any screen. You will not find a "fee" row in your reward history or in the Payout Details drawer. The one place the rate is stated is the Service Fee row on the Payout Rules screen.
Bitcoin network fees are separate from the service fee. They are charged by the network to move the coins, not by Superheat. The Payout Rules screen notes only that standard transaction fees apply.
Reading your payout history
Every payout that has left your balance is listed under Transactions on Balance Overview. Rewards coming in are not in this list. Those are on the Earnings Overview screen. See Your balance.
Each row shows the date and time, the wallet address it went to in shortened form, and the amount. The currency toggle in the header switches the whole list between Bitcoin and your currency.
Tap a row to open Payout Details:

The value line in this drawer is always in US dollars, whichever currency you have set elsewhere in the app.
The list holds your full history and loads twenty entries at a time as you scroll. There is no date range picker, so keep scrolling to load the rest of it.
If a payout did not arrive
Work down this list before contacting anyone:
- Check the address. Open Balance Overview and confirm the Wallet row shows the address you expect, not "No Wallet".
- Check the balance. If it is below 0.001075 BTC, the cycle was correctly skipped and the amount carried forward.
- Check the history. If a row appears under Transactions for the current cycle, the transfer was made. Its details tell you the address and the amount.
- Check your own wallet. A transfer needs network confirmations before it shows as available in some wallets.
If the payout shows in your history but never reached your wallet, or if your balance is well over the threshold and several cycles have passed with nothing sent, contact Superheat with the date and amount from the Payout Details drawer. See Support.
